The project's green team had four primary objectives: to utilize appropriate high-performance technology for significantly reducing energy consumption and operational costs; to maximize the use of sustainable materials throughout the project; to minimize negative impacts on interior air quality; and to improve health, motivation, and productivity of building users through the creation of an improved, highly flexible environment.
